Here at Parkland Parish Quilt Co. we like to contribute to our community.

We are active members of our community and strongly believe that quilts made and given to our shop should stay within our neighborhood and surrounding areas. With the recent dissolving of the Project Linus chapter here in the South Sound, we at Parkland Parish are giving our quilts to the fire department so that they can help comfort our community members in times of tragedy. Parkland Parish contributes to the Quilt for the Cure charity foundation. These quilts are made and donated, some are auctioned off to raise the awareness of certain types of cancer. We accept these quilts here at The Parish and someone comes by regularly to collect them.

If you are curious about Project Linus and would like to find the chapter nearest you, please visit www.projectlinus.org for more information.

Please, take some time to make a quilt  for charity. You not

only will be helping those in need,

but service always has great rewards.
